Internship Training Program

The Economic Development Council is partnering with Wayfinder, Career Link, and the McLean County Chamber of Commerce to deliver a comprehensive series focused on building your own internship program.  Community and employer needs surveys have shown that a major focus is centered on student retention and workforce development.  This group has secured State funding to bring this program to our community for no cost to your organization.

If you have a legacy program established, you know and benefit from the positive outcomes derived from a successful internship program.  But if you don’t, it can seem daunting to build and establish a program.
