Strategic Plan 2012-2016: Forging Ahead
As the EDC "Forges Ahead" into 2012, we have a new strategic plan that builds on the "Navigating a New Direction" plan from 2006-2011. The EDC will continue to offer our most successful programming while intensifying our activity towards specific industries and objectives.
Mitsubishi Plant Task Force- Community Comes Together
The EDC is leading a community effort to come together for the purpose of reutilizing the Mitsubishi auto facility in Normal. This group will work collaboratively with Mitsubishi to find a buyer and new user, as well as assisting with workforce needs.
