Kelli is the vice president of the EDC. She joined the EDC in September 2008. Kelli is responsible for internal operations as well as workforce development and regional collaboration efforts. She earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics education with a minor in business administration from Illinois State University, Normal and a master's degree in educational administration from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb.
