Cathy is the EDC's administrative analyst. She joined the EDC in July 2008. Cathy manages the EDC's administrative functions, including human resources and financial records; handles all board and investor communications and serves as the EDC's primary event planner. She also completes a variety of special projects and assignments. Cathy graduated from Illinois State University, Normal, with a bachelor's degree in history and a minor in political science. She also earned a master's degree in history from ISU.
