Brooke is the director of communications and community relations for the EDC. She joined the EDC in July of 2004. Brooke manages the EDC's public relations efforts and is responsible for the EDC's communications functions, including Web site maintenance and the creation of communication plans, newsletters, press releases and other materials. She also manages the EDC's business mentoring program (Circles of Seven), government advocacy program (One Voice) and New Leadership Board. Brooke graduated from Illinois State University, Normal, with a bachelor's degree in public relations and a minor in political science.
